Pre-arrangements:
- Secure a flat & level surface in your car to place cake during transport
- We DO NOT recommend someone hold the cake, placing it on the
floor board is the best option. - Please make sure that the passenger floor board is clear and ready
for your cake - Keep the car cooler than usual. Cake & frosting get very soft in warm
environments - Drive slow. Try to avoid sudden stops.

CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Custom cakes are best eaten within 3-5 days. Allow approximately 3 hours for the cake to reach room temperature. Please watch for and remove all dowels, wires, and support material before serving Cakes that have been airbrushed or contain "drips" should not be refrigerated. As soon as it comes out, the humidity condenses on cold cake, causing food colorings to drip and run. Your cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, but fresh fruit filling and cream cheese icing, should be refrigerated if being held
overnight, for food safety. Most delivered cakes are refrigerated for as long as possible before making the trip. This reduces our stress and worry of buttercream and decorations sliding down the edges of your cake during transportation. On arrival, your cake may be quite cool, please allow those 3 hours for it to come back to room temperature. (Trust us...Chilled cakes are much prettier than melted cakes!) Once the cake has been cut, the exposed cake should be covered with plastic wrap or foil and then refrigerated to keep it from drying out. Cupcakes should be placed in an air tight container to maintain freshness. We are NOT held responsible for your cake once it has left our establishment.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
WE HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR CAKE AS MUCH AS WE DID CREATING IT!
